The symposium registration fee includes:

  • Participation in the full day symposium, including all conference materials

Trainee Fees: The first 20 students to register for the conference will receive free entry. A waitlist will be provided for those who register after the free slots have been filled.

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). You can find the exchange rate of most currencies at www.xe.com/ucc.

Payment Methods

Credit Card:

Registration can be paid using VISA, MasterCard or your PayPal account. Registration fees are charged in Canadian dollars. Your credit card company will convert from your currency to Canadian dollars at the current exchange rate.

If paying by credit card, your credit card information will be required in the final step of the online registration form.

Other Payment Methods:

Payment via credit card is the preferred method of payment. If you are unable to pay online using a credit card, please check the “Offline payment” option on the registration form. Then contact Doreen Ostrowski for alternate payment options.

If you are registering at the early booking fee, and paying by other than credit card, your payment must reach our offices by the early booking deadline. A 10 day grace period will be allowed for those booking within the last week of the early booking deadline.

If you are registering at the late booking fee, and paying by other than credit card, your payment must reach our office at least 10 days prior to the conference date

Refund Policy:

As some expenses are incurred prior to the start of the conference, it is necessary to impose the following cancellation policy:

Date Penalty

Up to October 15, 2018 - $75.00.

October 16, 2018 onwards - No refund.

There are no refunds after October 15, 2018. All cancellations must be received in writing via mail, email or fax. Refunds will be issued in the manner paid, either by cheque or credit card.

Privacy policy

All information collected is held strictly private and will not be revealed to a third party. The credit-card information is used for the purposes of a single transaction on a secure site, and is not recorded.

Security statement

All appropriate measures have been taken by the organizers and by the computer system administrators to ensure the security and integrity of the information provided by conference attendees. Access to the computing equipment is restricted to authorized personnel and the systems are regularly monitored by computing staff.
