The Webcast & Replay symposium registration fee includes:
- Access to the live virtual conference on November 25, 2022 from 8:15 am to 3:55 pm Toronto time (EST)
- Access to the recorded speaker presentation Replay for 60 days. This will be posted online the week after the symposium.
- Continuing Professional Development credits. Please note that Replay is not eligible for accreditation but may be filed under Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada Section 2 (Self Learning).
*Trainee Fees: The first 100 students to register for the conference will receive free webcast entry only. Priority will be provided to medical students, residents, and fellows. Students and trainees from other disciplines will be placed on a waitlist.

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). You can find the exchange rate of most currencies at www.xe.com/ucc.
Registration can be paid using VISA or MasterCard. Registration fees are charged in Canadian dollars. Your credit card company will convert from your currency to Canadian dollars at the current exchange rate.

Payment via credit card is the preferred method of payment. If you are unable to pay online using a credit card, please contact Chelsea McPherson for alternate payment options.
If you are registering paying by a method other than credit card, your payment must reach our office at least 14 days prior to the conference date
As some expenses are incurred prior to the start of the conference, it is necessary to impose the following cancellation policy:
Up to October 15, 2022 - $50.00.
October 16, 2022 onwards - No refund.
There are no refunds after October 16, 2022. All cancellations must be received in writing via mail or email. Refunds will be issued either by cheque or credit card. A substitute attendee from the same organization is permitted at any time prior to November 18, 2022 at no additional cost.
All information collected is held strictly private and will not be revealed to a third party. The credit-card information is used for the purposes of a single transaction on a secure site and is not recorded.
All appropriate measures have been taken by the organizers and by the computer system administrators to ensure the security and integrity of the information provided by conference attendees. Access to the computing equipment is restricted to authorized personnel and the systems are regularly monitored by computing staff.
