The 2022 Food as Medicine Update - Nutrition Around the World: Best Practices and Clinical Integrations, held virtually on Friday, November 25, 2022 was a resounding success!
The Food as Medicine Update series was created to address the knowledge-gap in continuing medical education related to the role of nutrition in patient care. It is a full day symposium for healthcare professionals designed to address the emerging interest in therapeutic diets for chronic disease prevention.
A special feature of the Food as Medicine Update is the Rundle-Lister Lectureship in Transformative Nutritional Medical Education. For 2022 it was awarded to Dr. Neal Barnard, MD, FACC in recognition of his outstanding contributions to translational research in the field of therapeutic diets and chronic disease prevention.
We look forward to welcoming you to our next event - the 2023 Food as Medicine Update...
Sincerely,
2022 Food as Medicine Update Steering Committee
